February 23, 2009
It’s a discussion we had in extension English today: ‘Ten People you could invite to dinner (dead or alive).’
Intellectually/Politically/Creative Genius/Ancient:
- Einstein
- Leonardo Da Vinci
- Abraham Lincoln
- Cleopatra
- Cesear
- Alexander the Great
- John Kerr (Just so I can yell at him)
- Henry James (It be interesting to discuss Turn of the Screw)
- Shakespeare
-
Celebrities:
- Orlando Bloom (Yes Please)
- Paul Walker
- Miranda Kerr
- Rachel Bilson
- Heath Ledger
- Ray Charles (Nicknamed, seems interesting the last time I wikipedia him!)
- Angelina Jolie (I’ll ask her to adopt me)
- Gemma Ward
- CHUCK BASS (ED WESTWICK)
- Tom Cruise (Simply because his a wacko, maybe he’ll jump on tables during dinner!)
Friends/Reasons (And be cut if you’re not on the List + 5 People Only):
- Angic (Just because she’s my best friend)
- Kirstie (Intellectually Entertaining)
- Ellie-May (Just sheer entertainment)
- Mytien (No Reason in particular, she’s just good company)
- Mimi (Gothic Cutie and maybe she’d show up in a skirt!)
[IN BOLD] Shows importance.
Besides that, today I quit extension. Relieved though Sad. I was really into the discussion of Turn of the Screw. I’m fascinated by the discussion on the book, whether it’s possession, psychopath, ghosts etc. In all honesty I think the children are possessed though the Governess is a psychopath. Interestingly enough, it was brought up in discussion hypnoses maybe be used or the Governess is setting up evidence to show she’s not crazy. But I’m done with turn of the Screw.
I’m definitely into Yankees and Confederates, the topic within Modern History, which I must agree that is better then Ancient History, who knew that I would be a Modern History girl over a Ancient History, interestingly enough it’s funny to, I’ve always thought I was a science girl turns out I’m more into Business. Funny things happen when you reach a certain attitude of doubt. But I’m into Positive thinking, I’m a optimist not Pessimistic.
And just another thing. I’m a maths fanatic!. I love everything about Maths, except geometry/trigonometry/Sketching Graphs/Indices, Basically I love all things algebra.
And Comment Your List, I’m interested in Knowing!
